A VISION FOR BAWLEY

Declare his glory among the nations,
His marvellous deeds among all peoples.
VISION
We want for the gospel to be known and for Christ to be glorified among campers at Bawley Point through the proclamation of his word, the making of disciples, and the training and maturing of team members.
This is the situation we long for at Racecourse Beach Tourist Park.
God willing, this is what our mission will ultimately achieve!
GOALS
We work towards realising that vision by setting goals for our team and program. We're working to bring this about within 5 years:
TEAM
​A steady succession of prayerful leadership
A team committed to the Bawley vision
A team equipped to share the gospel, excited to do so, and expectant that God will be at work
A team large , diverse, and unified enough to​ facilitate a variety of ministries
A culture of prayerfulness on team
A team that is innovative, creative and willing to experiment

MISSION
A "gospel priority" in events, programs, and logistics
Smooth, honest, and well-rehearsed gospel integration in events
Programs or ministries geared to reach each demographic in the park
A daily program that balances personal growth, effective outreach, and sustainability in mission
Plans and content that are prepared and polished before mission

STRATEGY
Every year we need a plan to get us one step closer to our goals.Â
Here are some things we're addressing this year:
Prayerfully plan mission with a gospel focus
Equip the team to intentionally recruit people early in the year
Fundraise to invest in equipment for mission innovation and longevity
Build partnerships with local and team churches for prayer, support and recruitment
Open consistent communication between leadership and team members
Re-structure and grow our children's ministries
Develop administrative systems to make mission preparation more efficient
